Dali Skull

Category: Most Outrageous

Description: In the spring of 2005, I went to the  Philadelphia Museum for an exhibit of the art work of Salvador Dali.   There was a surrealistic photo there called "Dali Skull" and I thought, "That would make a great sculpture!" This sculpture is BIG!   Its 8' x 5' and easily weights over 300 pounds! I'm happy to say that this sculpture has found a permanent home at the Boston Lifecasting Museum - "The House of Casts".

Material: Painted Plaster and Wood

Dimensions: 96 x 60 x 9 inches

Date Created: July 2005
