Topic Subject : RE: A new topic has been added-repair help

Salut Bruno

I'll faut que tu mouille la surface du platre avant d'applique du
platre frais.
In other words... wet plaster will not stick to dry plaster unless you
wet your dry plaster first.
What happens is that your dry surface (plaster) absorbs all the
moisture from the wet plaster reducing the bonding.
Wet your surface first wait a few minutes, then wet the surface again

now it should be ready to apply your plaster repair. Your should do
this quickly so that your surface doe not dry.
Hope this helps.
If you need more information in French, give me a call.
