You asked about books. There certainly are some but I would recommend the DVDs.
The two ALI ones for basics, and the Mark Alfrey one for reflection.
(There is a considerable amount of good text material on the ALI website, but I am pretty sure you have to be logged in as a member for it to 'pop up' in the menus.)
