I am in Columbia, SC.
I've done adult hands only so for. I've wanted to, but never had the chance to do babies. I've done it as a hobby for 10 years now, and have had 13 pieces shown at the state fair, winning 5 awards.
If they are willing, I'll give it a try. If they are patient, I'm cheap. lol.
