Chris, I agree with Tony. Here in the US, Jesmonite is what we call Forton MG. There are at least four copycat competitors, none of which are any better, just cost more. It is my understanding that Jesmonite/Forton MG was developed for outdoor applications. I have attached a photo of a sixteen foot wide outdoor piece which I did over ten years ago. While not a life cast, it has withstood the hot summer sun with a surface temperature, I suspect, of at least 120 degrees F. and winter cold of -20 degrees F. plus rain, snow, and hail and still looks very much like it did when it was installed. It is Forton MG with copper powder. I am sure that most who see it assume it is made of bronze. Jesmonite/Forton MG is easy to use, but let me know if I can help in any way.
