I have just tried using algislo for the first time in order to bond the cotton batten to the alginate. I have tried it on the last three torso castings and have had no luck what so ever. After spraying a very liberal amount on the alginate just as it set up I found that there was no change in the surface of the alginate. It was not soft or tacky at all and I was not able to bond the cotton. Has anyone else had a problem. I have shaken the container well before use. So far I am quite disappointed.
