Hi Sherry
This would be a project my company would undertake, casting an ornate
concrete disc weighing hundreds of pounds. This is so totally beyond a bunch
of Boy Scouts, you should call a halt to it, just as science projects should
not be done by daddy.
If they sculpted the object in clay, based on their interpretation of the
assignment, I'd say that was plenty.
Concrete casting is way too much for gauze, until you get up to absurd
thickness. (Are you wealthy?)
Must confess I have not used Aqua-Resin. You're thinking of using that and
working thin? I wonder if it's another material along the lines of Forton.
