You could just make up a box using strips of wood 1" by 2" or even 2 by 4's (depending on how big you want it), on a peice of plywood flatten/roll out some clay many brands would work kleen clay/sculpty/ Moulage etc. something that would take the wieght of the concrete, then you can just press thier hands into it, pour the cement, then drill some holes into it and hang it with some chain. Depending on how big, like Dan said it might be a little pricey.
Not sure if that would work for you but that is what came to my mind.
If not, good luck finding something.
