Two inches by four inches??
Single apostrophe means feet, double means inch. See Spinal Tap for
hilarious lesson.
Yes, ask gallery owner. It's kind of meaningless anyway in a charity
auction. Pricing positions you in the marketplace.
Assuming raku 2 ft by 4 ft, I'd say 00 or so.
