New Piece "Nefertitti 2006":--
Hi Everybody
I am continuing to do pieces with classical origins, except I'm doing them in, I hope, a rather modernized way! Attached is "Nefertitti 2006". She was a student in one of my workshops and I noticed her amazing feratures only after seeing the face mask done of her by another student, Bob Esposito.
Well, I couldn't stop thinking about it, so I hired her back and cast her face for this piece. It's a mixed media of cast gypsum, resin, glass and hardware. I will soon post an animated, 360 degree rotating view on my web site.
