As a humble foot soldier, may I respectfully suggest that internal Board f Directors' issues should be dealt with 'off list'.
(If that aint working, then the matter could come to the list as a general governance point regardless of / in addition to the original issue. But it wouldthen need some 'chapter and verse'.)
It's been discussed enough times that we all ought to know . . . that this list is not only readable by members, it is public (even ?googlable, can be googled ...).
