Topic Subject : RE: Is The Comp Back On? |
|
I have received questions from members concerning the up coming ALI
lifecasting competition. I thought it would be helpful to post some of them
along with the replies:
What is the'Wild About Art" theme mean?
The other definitions of "wild" besides animals:
Not subjected to control or restraint; "a piano played with a wild
exuberance" or, deviating widely from an intended course; "a wild bullet";
"a wild pitch", or (of colors or sounds) intensely vivid or loud; "a violent
clash of colors"; "her dress was a violent red"; "a violent noise"; "wild
colors"; "wild shouts" or, marked by extreme lack of restraint or control;
"wild ideas"; "wild talk"; "wild originality"; "wild parties"
Wild originality is what the theme strives for. Again, we suggest you strive
for it. It is not mandatory, just desirable.
What do I need to qualify for the category, Public Relations Award for
Coverage in Media?"
A copy of press clipping(s) or video must be submitted with your application
for consideration in this category.
We look forward to your applications.
Warmest regards
Ed McCormick
