Hi Luc
The bandages will make a sturdy enough support for the Body Double if you are just doing a few castings. For a more permanent mold I would do a casting in the silicone/plaster bandage mold and after it is cured remove the mother mold. Leave the silicone on the casting and create a new mother mold. I have used resin mixed with fiberglass fibers as a permanent support mold. You will probably have to sculpt the eyes open since I would't recommend putting silicone i open eyes.
I used Dragon Skin with great results. You should have no trouble casting it into Body Double as long as you use plenty of release agent. My only question is that when you back fill it with the rigid foam, the silicone (Dragon Skin) will not stick to it so you need to mechanically lock the two together using embedded fiberglass strands or nylon screening. They both work well. Good luck on you project and be sure to post pics of your progress !!
