You are thinking 5 lbs of silicone will cover half a person's skin surface?
This sounds extremely unlikely, or unlikely to be thick enough to work.
Silicone is not tough (urethanes are tough.) Never mind the cost, plaster
bandage is not strong either. You kids with too much money and no patience
or experience .. How many over-optimistic schemes have we dealt with on this
forum? Some of you who wanted to do full-body castings with no experience
own up! Tell these kids how it went!
