Ya the method I was thinking of was the one where you cast the skin around the eye and leave the eye to fill in later. I wasn't sure what he was talking about with the shields or contact lenses.?
They both sound very complicated not to mention SCARY and I am not comfortable with either of these and agree that sculpting them open later would be much easier. Thanks Dan and Todd for reaffirming that.
