Dear Rachael
"It must be true or they wouldn't say it." This concept is what many brands
depend upon. These brands depend upon accepting not discerning consumers . .
we all fall for this now and again.
Warmest regards

Re: Re: an important safety question mark:--
Hi haven't said much for a long time however about the dust control, if the
health and saftey inspector passed your studio for public use then it should
be fine.
but still use a mask you can never be to careful, ask if your clients suffer
from breathing problems which may be dust related. All my mixing be it
Alginate or Plaster etc takes place in a small unit about the size of a
large shower unit looks a bit like one to, it has a large extractor fan in
the roof and doors that I shut behind me its a bit cramped but it gets
clients away from the dust problem.
Interesting statement about the silica free Alginate, and from a very good
reliable company, it must be true or else a company like them would not be
able to make such a statment, silica is very dangerous however as someone
said it does take a good few years to have any effect, I do have a yearly
lung partical test but that is mainly to do with all the clay I make and use
glazes have silica.
