Diane, shown in the attached photograph are four copies of heads I made of Miss Teen USA 2007, Hilary Cruz, for attendees to my workshop to practice on before attempting a real person. They are made of tin cured silicone rubber on the outside and a flexible urethane filling making them soft to the touch. As you can see, I just use them as hat racks between workshops. If you think something like these might fill your need, I would be glad to explain in detail just how I made these. Dave
