Topic Subject : Re: "Dali Skull"

Joe, it's an absolute stunner!

What an amazing piece of work - I would love to know how you put it
together. Have you got photos of the different stages of casting and
assembly?

I was not familiar with the original photo by Dali, but you've
certainly done it justice. There is a semi-permanent Dali gallery on
the South Bank in London where they have lots of pieces that are
inspired by works of Dali as well as authentic Dali pieces. I think if
your Philadelphia Museum doesn't want to buy it off you, you should see
if the London people would be interested - it would make a wonderful
addition to the exhibition.

It must be huge - what are the dimensions?

Apologies quickly to those I owe mails to. Have been ill in bed for
much of the last 3 weeks so am behind with work and work's always a
priority. I'm a bit rubbish with keeping up with the old email thing.
