It must be like any art form, there are thousands of artists out there that  
make or use the life casting process for their art in what ever form it  
manifests. I think the FX industry is a separate entity. I was in the sculptors  
union 20 years ago and work off and on for the studios. Most of those 20 or 30  
sculptors at the time in the union made things for the movies, a few did art  
sculpture for themselves. Doesn't it get back to the part about whether  
lifecasting is a process or a true art form? What do you think?
