Hi Andy,
Don't look in the normal places... Try Dental Suppliers for Alginate. Go to manufacturers for other items on a wholesale basis, some have very low minimum quantities. Plaster can be purchased from some building centres from soft casting plasters to the higher density Herculites. Titanti is good for some items but expensive for most. Even when you use one company for a while they slowly creep the prices up and you need to look around again.
