We are starting a new small company in Camarillo, CA. We will manufacture full size fully articulated display mannequins.
To render our mannequins more humanly realistic, we are planning on using silicone heads. We are seeking to commission an artist who will be able to make one generic full head/partial bust male lifecast (open eyes if possible?) that we could use as a model to make a mold that would then be used to manufacture the silicone heads. Please let me know if you would be interested in creating such a lifecast...or maybe you already have generic male lifecasts that we could buy and use for our purposes? What are the procedures/costs entailed in either of these scenarios?
