We could mold a whole head for you.
I attached some pictures.
We would make a mold of the person using silicone rubber, with a plaster mother mold in 2 or 3 pieces.
Then we cast that in soft plaster and "open" the eyes (sculpting).
Next we make a mold of that, either in silicon, or polyurothane.
The end result captures evey pore, though some detail is lost by the double molding.

Why not make the entire mannaquin realistic ?
