thanks dave , would love to see some pics of the project ,, yeah bronze would be the best , but theft and costs would prohibit this , its an external wall facing out to sea , vandalism may be an issue ,, but the chance has to be taken , i have one face and 14 hands close to the spot , undamaged until bad weather a few days ago,,
concrete or similar then , forton is not available here ,,
i have been using plaster for my own project , placing a cast of my own face in a variety of settings , the reaction has been good , especially with the kids,, 45 in the town i live , and around 25 in dublin city centre ,,
its creating an interest and acceptance of casting as an art piece ,, the wall will be a charity fundraiser , with locals wanting to be part of it ,, its working slowly ,, ill be in touch for info ,
