Ideally recast...but if you dont want to do that then....
Let them dry out, then use epoxy glue to glue back together and then use little bit of spac filla(filler that you use to clog up holes in gyprock) then once spac filla is dry lightly sand spacfilla and should be good. Then prime and paint.
If this was to happen again i would wait for the cast to dry completley and then put on belt sander and sand the base away.
