Hello Ed,
After trying to resolve the situation whereby after having paid subscription last year and not receiving the journals, and the recent debit from my credit card and abrupt reimbursement, I am left even more puzzled than before.
Please ask your staff to peruse my recent emails and to try very hard to understand what is happening to my subscription. Perhaps I am at fault so please inform me what am doing or not doing to remedy any error.
Thank you Ed, this is not personal. I am in awe of the journal you are putting out and would not like to miss out.
