Thanks Dave for your feedback. I use the Algi-Slo with my FiberGel now. I don't have an assistant when I cast my wife, so I need all the time I can. She still has a 'goose-bump' reaction. Some texture is nice, but she has some areas where it becomes quite distracting. I've been trying to create a table of water temperatures and algi-slo ratios and the resulting set time. Unfortunately, more often than not I get a upsetting FiberGoo.
I was really hoping to catch your next workshop, but I'll be traveling already out of the country. Keep me on the list for the next one.
BTW, for torso, are you more typically using fibergel or silicone?
Jim
