Topic Subject : Article caution

I just had a new article come out in an online magazine "Blush On Line" which illustrates how how easy it is for a magazine or newspaper to screw things up even though I tried to prevent it. Here is the link to the article.

Now, I had been savvy enough to request that I be given a chance to review the article prior to its being published. And i did get a chance to do so. However, someone decided to add that the model needs to be "patient" implying that the casting process is long and demanding. In fact, nothing could have been further from the truth. This particular model had been cast before using only plaster bandages and the process had taken about three times as long and her skin had been bright red afterwards. She was very pleased that alginate and cheesecloth and impression dental plaster only took less than 25 minutes and her skin felt and looked great.

The second thing that the article screwed up was that they showed only the plaster casting and not the finished Forton MG with copper powder. This was even though they had a photograph of the completed casting. I guess I shouldn't complain since there is almost no such thing as bad publicity unless it concerns children or small furry animals in a negative way. But I just hate to see an article be not as good as it could have been; especially if the article is about me. Besides, I am supposed to have another article coming out next month in a different publication. I will try to attach a photograph of the Forton MG so you can see for yourself how much better it looks.
