Clay, here are examples of a 12 inch high trophy I just sculpted for Mile High Sports. These are polyurethane resin; the one in front is made with brass powder and the rest have copper powder. The copper ones were painned with "Super Antique Forty." All were buffed on a wheel with Tripoli compound. They were cast in Polytec Easyflow Clear. I also cast them in a pressure vessel and there were absolutely NO bubbles. The mold was a tin cured silicone. The same process will work wit Forton MG as well.
The attendees to my workshop this week will have a very thorough understanding of this process.
