Dean, should be no problem if you use a tin cured silicone rubber. You probably will not need a mold release, the rubber should not stick to the urethane coating. However, if you wish to use a release, a mixture of 15 parts petroleum jelly to 100 parts naphtha by weight will do nicely. It takes awhile for the naphtha to dissolve so I usually mix it and let it set overnight before use. The naphtha will not dissolve the urethane and will quickly evaporate leaving a very thin layer of petroleum jelly which should not noticeably effect the detail. I think you will find this a very useful mold release for many applications. Just keep a lid on it as it evaporated quickly. Of course, remember it nor use around an open flame.
Just to be certain that I wasn't going to steer you wrong, I discussed this with my very good friend Mike Sisbarro, author, chemist, very experienced mold maker, and sales rep. for Silicone Inc.
Let us know how it turns out.
Dave
