Hi there, I am a new member and love hearing all the different ideas! For this one, I already do this and it is very popular where I am. I use a soft clay flattened out to take the flat impression of the babies hand or foot, then I have a circle shape cookie cutter that I put over the impression to fill with casting stone, let it dry (1 hour) then pop it out like you would a cookie.
