hi helen
So nice to see you post now i know you a little better.Sorry i dont have any experience with real low metal but this sounds almost a case for metal cold cast in resin. Do you coldcast sometimes?
I know about coldcasting if you need to. Or even a cast with the metal in forton i learned with dave is suitable for drilling holes. You know i do those all the time now. I will let the other profs respond about the real metal casts
