Su, as Clay said, there are a lot of factors which can affect the outcome of castings. ArtMolds has an excellent video on casting hands and feet which will probably be of help. (I know it is excellent because it is mine!)
The ultimate way to eliminate ALL bubbles is to vacuum mix the plaster, hydrocal, Forton MG, etc.
I get no bubbles.
