Hi Everyone,
I am asking you all some advice, although I think I already know the answer to this one.....
I have just received an enquiry from a mother who would like a cast made of her 22 month olds child bottom for a gift to Daddy. I am guessing Daddy won't know this is likely to be on the cards.
I have cast bottoms before, of my own children, and of a close friend, but when they were babies, and under a year old, and I am confident in my ability to take a cast. However, I am not sure of the "childhood protection" issues in casting a 22 month olds bottom. He is not old enough to really say no, but he is old enough to know what is going on in a way that a baby is not.
I seam to recall some "chat" here a year or so ago about casting a full nude of a child aged around 5, and most people thought that was going to cause problems for the lifecaster who didn't want to put tight pants on the child. I am not sure if this is the same for an almost 2 year old, but I suspect that it is?
Can anyone advise me on this, should I even be considering taking on such a cast? I am CRB checked for two jobs I undertake which are not related to lifecasting, but so far I have not found the need to be CRB checked for lifecasting as usually I work with babies and just do hands and feet. I have done other bits for adults, but not erotic stuff so I am a bit limited on my protection in this respect.
I would love to do this cast, but my gut reaction is telling me that I need to be really careful and maybe even take someone else with me incase the parents ever accuse me of anything untoward. I am also sure I should get the Fathers permission before making the cast, which would spoil the suprise of Christmas a fair bit?
