Thin the gesso with water, use a different brush, sand the gesso LIGHTLY
with a wet dry 120 grit paper or finer, tint the gesso as an under paint as
you would on canvas. If the plaster is not completely dry, 30 days or longer
and you use a spray primer it may peel off before or after you do your
final painting.
