Clay, I bet if you look closer you'll be able to find the FGR 95 near you, this would cut your cost big time. If I can buy it seperatly, I'm sure you can.
I get mine from a drywall/construction supply company. It looks like they are in the US as well. Try looking for Winroc, not sure if they are near you.
You bet Dan, you can get dental gypsum in any colour, set time and hardness you want, the trick is to find the best priced one.
