I followed it pretty much to letter and had a really good result for my first attempt. There are a couple of things I would do slightly differently but its a good guide to start from.
I cast my lovely wife when she was pregnant last year - this was my first pregnancy cast and first body cast altogether come to think of it. Here is a pic...
