Don't seal until it is fully dry. That is why it's best to give it a
few weeks to be absolutely sure that all moisture locked in at the
core will have had time to work its way to the surface. But obviously
as soon as it IS fully cured, then seal as soon as you can. I did
suggest a couple of ways of telling when it was fully cured - ie with
a damp-ometer (not sure of correct name, sorry) or by colour change
to pure white from the greys or other tones plaster is while it is
still holding moisture. But you might have missed that info in the
flurry.
