Make them yourself!
I find it the best way... i have a good local woodwork shop, and i buy a standard frame (or the customer supplies one they like / fits their home decor) and take it to my "woodie" who turns it into a box / deep apperature frame.
Its really cost effedtive, and gives me the chance to offer my customers a wide variety of frame styles & finishes. sometimes if i see a nice frame in a discount store and there is only one of them, i'll have it and turn it into a Box frame & usually in doing so double my Money... It can sometie (with the right frame) be a little extra source of income :-)
Note: if the customer supplies the frame, i make an additional charge to them for turing it into a deep apperature / box frame.
99.9% of the frames i sell are with a front mount, and when they are mounted, they look excellent !
Hope that helps.
Adi
