Actually, Robert, what Clay was talking about is a way to firmly attach a large one piece rubber mold such as for a torso life casting to the mother mold. I have seen and tried all sorts of ways of doing this such as pill holders, but these little nipples work by FAR better than anything else I have seen. And they are simple to make as well. Dave
