I am surprised to learn that cheesecloth is so useful. I started with
cheesecloth way back when, but found that pieces rolled up into tube
shapes when I wanted it to lie flat. Guess I should give it another try.
Cheesecloth actually comes in big tubes so it would make a risque
garment right out of the bag. i find it hard to cut but my scissors
are not tailor quality.
I have used it in silicone moldmaking for the exact purpose of making
it hard to tear. And yet, cheesecloth is soo stretchy it does not
seem it would work.
