Bolt it, Even if you could glue it you'd need some kind of pin to take the torsional stress.

------------Silica-Free & Oh So GREEN------->
NEW! MoldGel SILFREE. A revolutionary formula.
Made with all food-grade ingredients. It nourishes
the earth when discarded. 3-to-1 mix ratio yields
twice the volume as those 1-to-1 brands. Delayed
shrinkage for delayed casting - so creamy smooth, too.

Intro & quick question:--
Hello everyone and thank you for accepting me into the ALI. I am in the UK and
have been casting my childrens hands and feet for a while now and have been
improving steadily. Whilst my wife was pregnant with my second son I was
adventurous enough to cast her belly with both arms! It still needs a finish
when I have decided on the colour but I'm really pleased with it so far. I look
forward to learning more from the experienced people on this forum.
One quick question - can anyone advise the best way to attach a cast to a marble
plinth? I was thinking about attaching a threaded bolt into the cast, drilling
the marble and securing it that way but if there is a suitably strong adhesive
that would be great.
Many thanks
Dean
