Philip Hitchcock has challenged people with his art for over 20 years. In his first show in Palm Springs since 2001, Hitchcock returns with more than a dozen new works as well as a LIVE MODEL DEMONSTRATION of his process at the opening reception on Saturday, April 11, 2009! The work remains on view through May 4, 2009.
Sharing the spotlight are artists Tom Bianchi and David Shipley. Bianchi's photographic series Men in Blue Water is featured along with Shipley's large format paintings. All three artists will attend the opening.
In conjunction with the exhibit is a LIFECASTING WORKSHOP offered by Hitchcock on Monday, April 13, 2009 from noon to 5 pm. The workshop takes place at the gallery.
