Topic Subject : Re: A new topic has been added-Re: Re: Image theft |

I see no further reason to involve the forum since the matter has
been resolved, so this will be my last post on the matter. As sorry
as I am for your loss, I should not have had to ask you 3 times to
remove the image, since it should never have been used in the first
place. I do not make a habit of shaming people and gave several weeks
for you to remove the image which has been in your possession
illegally for over a year. You argued with me that you weren't
implying the work was yours by using it as your logo on the front
page of your website, which I found to be very rude. I received no
explanation for it having been used. I feel I have been more than
fair and only got tough some time after giving you more than fair
notice and written warnings that I would take it further. Those here
who have known me for many years know me to be a very fair and
patient person, I'm sorry if this has embarrassed you but I did all I
could to give you the chance to avoid bringing it to the attention of
our peers. As far as I'm concerned, there is no excuse for what has
happened.
If you want to debate this further please feel free to email me off
forum as I don't want to fill other people's mailboxes any more now
the matter has been resolved.
