I am a teacher trying to help a student get a portfolio for an arts magnet school
I used 6c water, added earthium lifecast part A and mixed. Then added 1 c part B artcast cement. Girl submerged hand into 2lt bottle with velcro on the insides at intervals for stregnth. Nothing happened. She withdrew hand and we added 2 more cups artcast. It worked.
Poured 2c plaster mixed w 1 c water into mold.
24 hrs later, it looked awful. It was still oozy and when the mold was pulled away there were bubbles everywhere and it took fingers with it.
How can I do this: I need 6c solution and 1c plaster. Can someone please help me with this project?
