Topic Subject : Fortron Bronze sorted out |
|
Hi
Thanks for all the tips on the Fortron Bronze mix, it has produced great results.
Turns out one of the best tips was how the bronze powder accelerates the Fortrons set time.
The other interesting thing is that the polymer can be mixed up to 50% with water and yes of course the strength drops.
The working time is still minimal yet once a work based time action plan was established it became fairly straight forward.
It seems as if my first question about pre-opened polymer could have some basis yet very minimal as far as set time. If the polymer does go lumpy (mine wasn't) a good mix will blend it back into shape.
Thanks kim
