Years ago when Ed, myself and a number of others were starting ALI we put together a 'release'. While not technically a 'legal' document it outlines the risks and nature of Lifecasting while at the same time being readable by a lay person. It also serves as a 'contract' to help you get paid. While I understand you cannot create a document that contravines the law you can sign away your naiveté. This is the same sort of thing a skydiving school would do. They have you sign a form that says you know jumping out of a plane can hurt if something goes wrong but if you get hurt you knew the risks.
