Topic Subject : Re: Re: Image theft |

I simply wanted to post a reply here, as everyone knows that there are two sides to every story. So whether you wish to read this or not it's up to you, but I thought I would get a few things out since I've been made out to be some highly evil being.
As soon as I received an e-mail from CJ, I apologized immediately. I told her that I would contact my web designer and have it removed as soon as possible. I was in contact with him, and as her reply now states, the photo has been removed.
I'm sorry it took longer than she was willing to wait. I supposed I wasn't as on top of it as I could have been, and the only reason her second e-mail received no reply was because I was out of town and dealing with family matter after my grandfather's death. I'm not making that out to be an excuse, the fact of the matter is I was in no state of mind to be doing much of anything.
Honeslty, I haven't used the website in quite a while, and the last body cast I did was for my sister. All the same I should have been more vigilant about my website, and for that I apologize. However, I hardly think it's right to go around "shaming" someone you don't know, have never met, and who offered nothing but an apology and agreed that the image should be removed. I even changed the links on this site and anywhere else I could think of to a temporary website that did not display the offending photo.
That's all I have to say about the whole situation. Hopefully you will believe me when I say that it was not an intentional attempt to use someone else's art, it was an oversight, and I apologize for that. I'd just like to move on from here.
Thanks for listening
