Parang, I hesitate to reply since I would hate to see it repeated over and over, but here goes. I discussed your problem with the best rubber expert I know, Mike Sisbarro, who is a rep. for Silicones Inc. We agreed that to add to what Dan and Robert have said, more information is needed. How durable do these tiles have to be? Is this a short term project to be walked on by a few or is it more permanent and expected to take heavy traffic for a long period of time. Will people be barefoot or wear shoes? Do you want the breasts to feel like real flesh or just be softer than the base part? I agree with Dan, a photograph would be helpful.
It doesn't sound like a very difficult project; just give us a little more information and I am sure that the ALI membership can help you.
