Silicones are relatively tender. Urethanes are much tougher. Not necessary
to use a hard rubber if you want the feel of walking on breasts. (Is this
safe?) I once had to make an industrial model of rubber cones being
squooshed by a machine and i had to make a half-inch-thick wall with
semi-cured rubber inside it to get the right feel. This was a clear
urethane. You may need a similar combination. Urethanes cure well next to
each other. They bond well if one is just-set when you pour the next. If the
breast wall is painted or applied like peanut butter into the mold, and then
the very-soft fill is poured in, you can then pour a harder formula to back
the boob and become the square tile. Rubbers are graded for hardness with
the Shore durometer scale: D-05 is gooey and D-80 is pretty hard.
