Thanks guys
I guess I'm not being descriptive enough. I didn't want to do it
myself. I know there is a company in the UK that does this for you.
The entire process takes a few short minutes. They spray into the
mould and it's done...in a few minutes you can peel out the cast.
Haven't got the time to wait for layers to set or bake things
unfortunately in this instance (although those suggestions aren't
wasted on me as I might use them for other future jobs). So thank you
anyway.
